East Tennessee State University

The founder of Mathyness is an East Tennessee State University (ETSU) alumnus, graduating in 2017 with a Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, focused on applied computational mathematics. After graduation, he pursued graduate studies at Arizona State University but later decided to leave and explore entrepreneurship through private math tutoring—leading to the creation of Mathyness.

As a nod to his ETSU roots, we offer a 20% discount to ETSU students for in-person sessions.
