You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime through our client portal, accessible from the dropdown menu menu at the top of our website.

The portal is available 24/7/365 for your convenience. If you prefer, you can also contact us to update your membership. Please allow one business day for processing if you choose to cancel via our support team.

Yes, we recommend purchasing each membership separately. This way, if the needs of one student change, you can manage that membership independently from the others.

Alternatively, you can seperate their names with commas if you'd like just one membership.
